todays finds

This afternoon I returned to one of my old sites which hasn't been plowed for several years and now the situation has changed completely: having been plowed yesterday, the field produced some very nice finds (roman coins, one celtic coin, a roman disc brooch, two small silver coins dated 1831 and 1833, two very interesting lead seals

I think I would drop my jaw if I ever found a roman coin, of course I am not in the right country for it..but your so very lucky on your excellent finds.. thanks for sharing and keep on swinging..

It really has to be exciting just detecting there with the possibility of finding
relics and coins from that era. One of these days....
