With all those flakes there has got to be more good ones. You will get into them soon. I have done a whole lot worse and thought I did good.

Nice! I been saving the flakes and debitage when I dig I have several 5 gallon buckets full, gonna make me a rock garden with it, I love all the different colors in it

BearFinder, look for a good water source ,like a good spring . then go looking for a well drained flat and start digging test holes. this camp is on a timberland boundary i bought eighteen years ago ,just getting around to digging ,it is about a 3/4 acre camp and absolutely loaded with flint of all types . theres a creek running on two sides of it, im thinking was intentionally dug draining the springs creek around the camp site. yes guys im keeping my fingers crossed but you guys know woods digging is tough.
