Token and ?

Went out today before the weather takes a turn for the worse again. Maybe the last outing till spring. Anyways, came up with a 25c token that says return suit and towel to office. Any info would be helpful. I also found this thing that has a military look to it but says warranted superior. I have no clue what this is. Help please! Also found an unbroken old bottle. No pics. Thanks for looking

The eagle piece is actually not military at all but rather it is a medallion from a cross cut wood hand saw.

The token is probably for a local lake site that had swimming at the turn of the century.

The back is identical to the front. Sorry for not stating that on my post. We have plenty of local lakes so that could be right.
