NEW PIX PLZ.

I have a couple from the time I tried to amputate my thumb with the vans starter. Went from the tip through the nail to the cuticle. Nice and horrible.

Hope that is healing up nicely. I imagine the scar will be worthy of an embellished war story. Maybe involving dinosaur riding nazis with lasers attacking an orphanage for the blind and you rode in on a flamethrowing tank to save the day. I would tell my kids I got that playing videogames in college back when they were made out of metal and glass and I was the lucky one because the guy I was playing was killed and they never found the whole body.

Do you know what ticks me off the worst? Is the fact the didn't make handle/latches for guys our size! I have gotten my fingers caught in handles before that liked to taken mine off too! Git better big guty!

Whenever something like that happened at work (body shop) we'd tell the victim to go home and soak it in cider . Speaking of which, white cider vinegar will take the burn out of very bad sunburn, and also start the healing process....NGE

Great Googly moogly! That is one nasty cut you have there. I hope your nail root was not damaged so it regrow properly. I can only assume that the pain was intense. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Healed up well. The pain only sucked when they put the first 2 stitches through the nail. My finger wasn't numb yet. When it was over it only sucked when I was digging my plugs. Shoulda probably waited for it to heal all the way. I kept smashin it and bangin it around. Looks good now though. Nail is shorter and its numb to all but temperature but healed well.

take care of it it will heal just fine.I did the same thing to one of my finger tips and they sewed it back on thru the nail. I had a plastic surgeon put it back on and today its perfect. Follow their instructions and you will be fine. Sorry for your Oops.
