TONS OF SILVER!!!

A friend of mine had a bunch of old proof, mint sets and some silver coins. She payed me to calculate all there values, look what my payment was!!! 40 mixed silver rossies, 1884 silver morgan, 1981 proof set, and a 1972 uncirculated set!!!!!!!!! I couldnt be much happier at this moment! I might be getting even more sometime in the next few days, she just told me she has some silver halves for me to look through too. HH!

8) I had a similar experience about 10-12 yrs ago. I was over at a friends house, when he asked if I was still in the Coin Business? (I dabbled in it) I said sure, & he asked if I would appraise some coins they found in the attic of his Father-in -law's house who had recently passed away.

So he came out w/ one of those big cloth Bank Bags. I mean, he practically had to drag it! I was thinking a few coins. I took the bag home & counted it first. $770 in Silver Dimes, Quarters, & Halves!!!Turns out his late wife was a waitress back in the 40's, 50's, & early 60's.
40 Rolls of Walkers & Bennies 1918-63 vg-au, Approx. 30 Rolls of Wash. .25 1940's-60's some even BU, & about 14 Rolls of Mercury/ Roosevelt .10 Some BU. He told me that he called a couple of Dealers, told them he had $770 worth of silver coins, & they offered him $1600 for all. I told him that I knew I could do better than that.
It took me about 5-6 mos, but I ended up giving him a little over $3K. He gave me 10% for my efforts. Unfortunately, It wasn't in Silver.
That's as close as I've come to a Big Cache!!!
