Over the last year I've found these rounded quartz pieces, would you say they're all some type of scrapers... And found this possible cutting flake tool yesterday

Pictures are not the best on some but there is definitely secondary flaking on them so I would say yes. Nice finds.

Good stuff!! Back when I first got started I would walk past pieces like that not knowing what they were. I missed a lot of good ones.

Scrapers, but keep looking! One of those beautiful quartz arrowheads could easily turn up in the place those were found.

Unless they are really nice knife type scrapers I just put them in tubs by color. If they are reworked points or nice knifes I will add them to my frames. Every time you post something I say to myself I wonder if he hit my spot cause I find the same type of Artifacts. I still keep them even the ugly ones. I found 1 of the ugliest preforms ever yesterday but kept it. It has a slight flute on it but was never finished what a shame.

Ha..... Don't worry Rock our spots are far apart. I haven't had much luck lately but i have killed two more rattlesnakes. Waiting for greenfields to get disked up so i might have another good luck spree. It hasn't rained much either ..... Maybe one of us will find a killer point soon
