good job on doing your part to recycle. I happen to be less trusting to someone noticing me do something like that. I burn all my boxes in the back yard every friday night... while drinking a nice home brew :occasion14:

Pretty nice dump you got there...

Got a problem to see if Tnet can help.

Any advice?

I use the recycling at my work and tehy were about to report a bank robbery to the police when they saw my pile I accumulated over the last few weeks.

Anyone know good places to recycle these that aren't at home?

I usually leave the boxes intact and stuff them with the wrappers.

Probably about a hundred wars. This picture is from a public recycling bin. They are scattered over most communities. You could probably google it.

Thanks, I'll look into it. Most places have theirs locked up/on camera so I'll do some searching.

I made a box recycling set up a few months back, works pretty good for me. I had planned to post it this weekend before I got bogged down on taxes, will try to post once I get home tonight.

What did you cull from the quarters? Also, be careful who is watching at the public recycling centers. Down south, we pride ourselves on inmate work crews. Just so happens that there is a permanent work crew to handle the hazardous waste at the recycling center. Not a good idea to have the crew make an observation and pass along the information to their friends on the outside.

Russel - you might want to rethink placing the boxes out on your curbside pick-up. Too many passer-by eyes to see...

A little paranoia will serve you well in the long-run.

I break down my half boxes, and put them in cardboard recycling dumpsters... I try to put some other cardboard over the half boxes to cover them

Wrappers get thrown out though.

WOW! I thought I had a nice hoard of coin boxes when I had 2 dozen or so stacked up in my closet.

My dump bank actually told me from the get go that they wanted the old boxes. I often bring the change back in the boxes. It's a two for one. Maybe you should ask your dump banks, too.

Our recycle bins are large garbage cans with attached lids and I always throw the fri, sat, sun newspapers on the very top spread out to conceal

Let them report it and then you can get your 5 mins on TV telling them all about the bank being robbed!!!
