Sitting here today I decided to check my phone to see if there is any yard sales. To my surprise there was but it was appointment only, The owner had three days to get rid of everything she was leaving out of the country. She had to sell everything in her house. I sent her a text message asking what kind of jewelry she has and she said it is all antique and I need to come take a look at it. I spent $200 at her house. She said no one else replied to her ad today. I sent her a text message at 1:30 asking if I can come look at it. The double pin in the back is 14 K. I have no idea what it is worth. Also the compact is sterling silver and enamel. Not pictured are some small sterling necklaces and two silver Eisenhower proof coin.

15g 14k Plus that double pin. Over 100 g Sterling and 10 g 10k. I might have to check the yard sale app every day. I never once thought to check it on Tuesday. But I had some extra time and decided to look!

Oh, Siam silver! Those are different colors, should sell well.
If I had to guess about the double brooch, I would say maybe late 1890s-1920s. I can look up those claps for you for sure. Really cool finds. What yard sale app do you have? I get emails

I tI think Siam is awful but maybe white will do well. I have my doubts!
Yard sales treasure map. It is connected with craigslist I believe. I wonder if you get a membership to them if it's even better? But it seems to work well as is!

Is the brooch the original hardstone or a resin replacement? I can't tell from photo. Sold a similar one in hardstone for 900.00 last year and it wasn't as fine as yours.

I think its original. It almost feels like it is a cameo type of material. Any idea what type of broach it was called? $900 that's insane! There's a lady here that deals an antique jewelry I might run it by her next time I'm on the other side of town and see what she thinks. It looks like it was never worn or use or anything.

I sent a jeweler a picture of the brooch. He wrote back it looks like you have to cufflinks that are soldered together. Then someone turned them into a brooch. However I don't agree with that thought!

Example below. In my experience, the fineness of the cameo (the detail, artistry and tecnical perfection) has most influence on price. Because yours is dark, I'm presuming it's stone. Could be sardonyx though or porcelain or resin. If it is stone, it may be quite valuable - It looks really well done to me and the dot border is cool.

I don't agree with that either. Not that they don't exist, (especially nowadays) but when was the last time you saw a mismatched pair of cufflinks? It looks handcrafted, but I don't see any evidence of that on the back of the piece.
