two items need help

i am building a display in the Roanoke Chowan Heritage Center and need help on some artifacts, this double sided pull handle , and a buckle that was found
grown together in the roots , please help.

Those buckle pieces are from a Rothco open faced buckle for web belts, but unfortunately, I don't think it is very old..

Second piece is a drawer puller.
