Oh yeah. What do you think #2 is.
There is probably more than one answer.

Chadeaux,
I'd be interested in hearing what your interpretation of that panel.....
Whichever way you prefer.

I would be more confident saying what I thought it was with a larger image. The ones the forum is letting me see just aren't detailed enough to say for sure, so let's just say there appears to be some carvings, but I've been wrong before.

Here is another picture of same panel, a little different angle

Does this look a little better?

When I tried an "unsharp mask" I kept thinking I saw two templar crosses, but the larger pic helps me see that what I was looking at is natural erosion. No, not saying I thought the marks were made by templars, only what I saw in the smaller pic kept looking like two templar crosses carved into the side of the hill.

Chadeaux,
Thanks for taking the time to look at it. It caught my eye that day we were hiking around and
I wasn't sure if there was any else incorporated into it.

Is it just me or does it look like the piece, tilted in the foreground, on the left side, look like it would fit in the left background?

I figured out it is, but still wonder if that piece fits in the left background.
