Unique Chair- Any idea of value?

Found this great chair at an estate sale for $25. Tag on bottom says High Point Bending & Chair Co." and finish is walnut. Does anyone know anything about the value of this piece? I found some other chairs by same manufacturer online but not this particular model. Thanks!

No clue on the value really, but it looks as if it's in really good condition for a piece of furniture that I'm guessing could be over 50 years old?
