Short hunt today before it got too hot, only good find. Anyone know exactly what kind of bullet this is? Seems to be .36 caliber.

This might be dumb, but hard to tell from the pic so I'll throw it out there - You sure this is a bullet? I've found bayonet scabbard tips with lead finials before . . . usually CS . . .

Yea its definitely a bullet, the casing is smashed and thats why it looks tapered.
