I don't know about the marks but that is a cool set of spoons, and I like that they are still in the box. Nice!

Nice! "DELUX" hallmark probably means Indonesian yogya sterling; cocktail spoons. Shadow puppet characters on handle. Post 1930's.

Wow, so I was actually pretty close. Indonesia is it! Thanks for the quick identification. I’ll get these polished up and see if the TT Mark is possibly the actual maker of them.

I agree that they are quite beautiful spoons and the box is very nice too. I wish I had a use for some of the fabrics that were sitting next to them because it was also quite ornate and attractive. Lots of pretty stuff in the far corners of this earth.
