GONE FOREVER SAME AS HYDRO BLASTING AND BIG DRAGLINE DREDGES. 3 layers of codification buried it with water board regs, state bills and the enviro/fishermen/casino coalition still has $1.7++ million left in warchest and a dozen lawsuits, injunctions, restraining orders all ready to file in a instant and dozens of corrupt bureauratz in their pockets bought and paid for legally now since Supreme Court has now legalized blatent corruption-no yaa no'mo'....know when to hold'm and when to fold'm and walk away. It was no fun to fight for dredgers rights so they died completely as easier to plop down thousands to mega clubs who promised we'll take care of your rights and did nuttn' but pocket your casha---John

Well that would F ing suck big time. But you could be right. I have said the same thing to myself. The law makers do NOT like to be told what to do. The law makers, some are good, but alot are criminals. We are going to have a long fight on our hands.. And the odds are.. Ughhh.

I keep seeing more and more dredges in CA being sold on eBay and Craigslist. Looks like peeps are throwing in the towel and selling gear and movin on.

What a shame. Never even got to do it once. Maybe if I ever get a remote claim somewhere here.. I can turn my high banker into a small 3 in, who knows, either way, I'm bummed.
