Well, back from my trip to the farm. Had a real good time and a couple successes. First was a 2nd seated dime found at old home site. See "Twins" in Todays' Finds.
Walked the creek for at least 1/2 mile down one side and back the other, with only one find (artifact wise) to show for it. I was able to document several different types of flint as planned. The hike was superb and no doubt, healthy even!

While difficult to tell from pic, a whole lot of what is pictured in the dried up creek bed is flint.
