Didn't think I was going to do any CRHing this week, but was such a nice
day decided to take a short ride around the area close to home. Picked up
a total of $230 in customer wrapped halves and only got one 40%er. Kept
going with cigar in mouth and window open. Got $90 in shotgun rolls from
a BBT bank. Last roll saw Lady Liberty walking out in my hand. Thought
that was a good sign so kept at it. Stopped at abranch of my bank to make
a "dump" and one of the tellers had $18.00 in loose halves. I could see some
silver so took them all. Turned out there were (13) 40%ers. Dirty, but I'll
take 'em. Then stopped at a bank that usually orders a box for me and they
had it. Took it home and scored (2) Ben's of which one was a 1959 Proof.
The other a 1962-D. (1) 1970-S Proof 40%er...., (7) 40%ers..., (1) 1987-P
key date..., (1) 1983-D No FG...., AND!..... (1) Gold dipped Kennedy half with
an Obama sticker on it. Took the box to my bank to dump before they closed
and one of my tellers friends gave me (8) $1.00 Silver Certificates. Three of
them dated 1957 are almost like new. That's it for 2010. Hope you enjoy the
pic. Now it's time for me to go get a few beers and chill out....hips and all
