keep it all soaking in water for now...keep changing out the water..

I don't have a problem with an archaeologist looking at it. If someone does not,, what is going to happen to it ? It can be recovered by sand & destroyed by the waves & tides, & it could be something very important.
If it just another junk ship,, yes, it will be bulldozed.
