It's on the white sands missle base.
I've always been fascinated with this one.
I believe the government did get the treasure, but supposedly Doc Noss had bars buried in several places close by.
Needle in a hay stack, on land you are not allowed on......but still fun to think about.

I agree with #4. The Army did not get it all. The good Doc bury many gold bars in many places. God bless him

Oh hell, it ain't Area 51. Just tell the guy at the gate your daddy left his backpack there while he and the government were screwin Babe Noss and you came back to get it. Bet they'll let you right in.
