Vintage baseball bat, cant find any info on it.

This is a friends garage sale find, he paid nothing for it as it was the last day and they were throwing alot of stuff to the curb he told me. On the top it reads G. or S. G. M. Co and in the middle is a pic of an Indian chief or warrior and below it is Warrior PHILA. Any help would be great.

I can't really see any details from your photos, but did see that a "CSGM Co. Warrior vintage baseball bat, indian" sold at Electronic Auction March 11, 2011 for $70.99.
