Vintage Bullet Mold

I found this bullet mold at a farm about 10 years back. I couldn't find the spoon that goes with it though. Note: The silvery stuff on the mold is crayon. My son got ahold of it and tried to make a bullet of it. . .lol

I am trying to find out what era it is from. Can anyone tel me anything about it?

Looks very similar to the Colt molds that were 1849-,but the cavity does not match any Colt bullet(from what I can see)Sometimes there is markings,or will actually say "Colt",on the spru cutter

my dad used to make his own like this when he was a kid. i remember him showing me the tool when i was about 5 or 6.
