Vulture Mine Area

Anyone ever been up to the vulture mine area outside Wickenburg AZ? GPAA has a claim up Vulture Mine Road and I recently spent a couple days up there with a buddy and didn't find anything but snakes and clay but the area looks to have so much potential I was wondering if anyone else had better luck.

There are some good claims up in that area, although the State has moved to take over a lot of the area there. A lot of locals hit that area hard with detectors and drywashers from about 1975 to now.

Wow we hit wash after wash testing from the surface to 5 feet deep in some areas. I think I may try again with a detector. thanks for the reply man.
