I have a W.F. Maddox Good For 5c in Trade token that I submitted to NTCA years ago and has since been attributed to Aurora Nebraska on tokencatalog.com. However, during a google search I found a W.F. Maddox from Linton, Indiana who apparently earned a patent in 1901. I can't find him listed as a merchant, but the dealer I acquired the token from was from very near Linton. Does anyone have any references to investigate this one further?

Post a pic here and also on tokencatalog. The diework might help date it. the William F. Maddox in Greene County, IN was a railroad laborer in 1900 and an engineer at a brick plant in 1910. He died in 1920
