Web cam to Treasure Net hook up ??

Does anyone know how I would go about hooking a web cam, sweeping the camera around, sending the view, located in/around my camp, to show folks the country, etc., on Treasure Net ?
I would be there, in camp, moving the camera !
Answering questions, etc, at the same time
What would be required, if possible?

Record the scene with a digital/movie cam (if you have one) and put it on youtube. Then put the youtube link on T'net. Don't know about the webcam.
