Week's Worth of Stuff.....Lot's of Pic's

Finally got to download my find's for the week, the computer I was left with had almost no way to post the pic's I have. The "lime kiln" hunt last Sat. was pretty cool, took Ty and myself 2 trip's into the wood's to find it.When we got there it looked Great only to find out it was littered with trash, everywhere.I pulled a few relic's from there but nothing to write home about....After that I pretty much concentrated on the field's at Sharpsburg(Antietam).I really shouldn't say field's because most of the find's were from the place's no one else wanted to get into...no problem,I got plenty of Band-Aid's ,Also picked up a couple more field's closer to the Battlefield that I didn't know the farmer owned. Two of the better corn field's will be cut down in a month for silage, and plowed soon after, can't wait.I know there's alot of pic's,I apologize, but enjoy.....I had a blast!!!!

Here's a pic of the old lime kiln.....

Thank's FP....I think Ty said it originated around 1840 or so.....Most of the product from the kiln was used for "mortar" product's.

Re: Week's Worth of Stuff.....Lot's of Pic's

WOW, It's just a beautiful place whether you find anything or not.

Re: Week's Worth of Stuff.....Lot's of Pic's

VERY AWESOME!

I see the white picture symbol with name on the window of your car/truck? It look pretty cool. Where did you get this?

My friend had one on their SUV window, then one day, someone tear it down. I guess that some oldest people don't like to see someone who have a nice machine and find oldest coins as hobby!
