your item looks medieval. You're using a metric ruler to show scale, so we can assume you are probably not in the United States where the vast majority of TreasureNet members are located. It would be extremely helpful to give as much information as possible if you are hoping someone can help you identify an object. Place a common well known object in the picture such as a coin to help indicate scale, along with basic information of where and how it was found. Someone will probably be able to help you
