Got out for a little bit today in the mud lots of trash but did get a couple keepers, 1936 quarter,1914 dime,1889 seated dime, lots of trashed coins and a couple i dont knows to throw in the mix if anyone can help me with the one with a marble in it and the heart shaped thing that feels like pewter its very heavy but i think it might be a top of a utensil or something and a brass monarch 6 lever padlock i really like finding padlocks thanks for looking

It is always thrilling to find coins that are from a long gone era. No matter whether from sea, sand, or mud. ;)
But, ya know, it reminds me why I don't do as much beach hunting as I used to, namely because the coins take such a beating! Yours look like they weathered pretty well. But, being a "coin hunter" mostly, I've formed a preference for finding them inland. Sure, most of the time the acid does them in there too. But, silver/gold etc tend to come out looking sooo much fresher than those from the sandblasting a beach does.

Ask me if I'd take a good coin from either place and I'll tell ya, ABSOLUTELY! :) BUT......well, you know. :)

Excellent day in the mud I'd say!

Post it in the WhatIsIt forum. Include pics of the back and put something in the pics to show scale/size.

Marble piece could be a valve of some sort, check valve. Just a guess, but a somewhat educated one.

The lock is cool too, I've yet to find an old one.
