Meet up with Bomber at Montrose. We ran into Chitown Bruce and his bud (I'm sorry I can't remember his name). They were all in the water, I stayed on the dry sand. I didn't find much, just 83 cents, 12 beer cans and a few pop tops. But I did get an eye full of the honeys out in bikinis!!! :o ;D ;D ;D So that more than made up for it!

I used my Diamond Head Scoop for the first time, it dug like a champ, but it definitely just a water scoop. I need to get a woven wire scoop for the dry sand. Well it wasn't dry, just 2 inches below the surface it was wet sand. So my arm got a work out shaking the scoop to get all of the wet sand out. :tongue3:

Hope you all had a chance to get out and play in the sun... :icon_sunny:

At least you got out, and your right that scoop is mainly for in the water. I have found it doesn't drain dry or wet sand to well, but is awesome in the water. I have another aluminum one with bigger holes for that.
