Hello all,
Just wanted to stop in to ask the experts if they can give an opinion on the date of this piece. Unfortuantely, I only have a pic of the front.
I'm not looking to pinpoint anything as far as dates, but I would like to know if it is "modern" vs. Civil War. Thanks!

Great Seal logo was not used in Military applications until 1902.
