What is this tag???

On the front it shows a picture of a crown and says frigidair. On the back it says "if found mail to Frigidaire 300 n Taylor St., Daytona, O. Postage guaranteed drop in any mailbox. 434286." I'm not sure how old it is. All I know is that fridgeair is a kitchen appliance company.
