Looks like some kind of home made commemorative. I've got a penny somewhere with a tiny kennedy head stamped on it. What are the letters to the left of Kennedy's chin above "In God"?

Pretty common, atleast for me...

They even come in chrome double stamped varieties.

From what I pickup, they were double stamped, then sold on TV commercials etc for a high premium.

I just return mine back to the wild

Its a poor pic but its gold plated also
