I do not see any type of stamped makers mark on it unfortunately
 

It could also be the clip from a pocket watch chain. The end that would clip to your breast pocket, while that post is where the chain would swivel. not sure but may be another lead if your stuck.
 

The key to the value is finding out what it is I can be fun researching I hope its something great!!!!!! It looks really cool and old
 

With that style clasp and the soldered attachment to the bracelet i don't think it's old. Handcrafted for sure, Silver and a nice find tho. :icon_thumright:

I was doing an image search and came across the J. Flores pieces from Taxco Mexico. It's not a straight up match; but there's good similarity in hinge style. My first guess was a necklace pendant but with the cross having a hinge hole on the bottom a bracelet still seems like the best bet. The male clasp end looks similar as well.
