A collector probably took a few mint rolls to the bank......or, the collector's robber took some to the bank.

I have found 2007 in a lot of my boxes.

can't think of a great reason to keep them unless
i found a dang near perfect one of each mint.

Otherwise it's just back to the pile.
(but not like on South park)...everyone back to the pile!

In which case it was most likely a 200 coin bag from the mint that got cashed in/spent.

If you like coins, keep them. They are relatively low mintage and not issued for circulation.
