I don't have a D2 any more but liked it a lot for trashy area as it is hot down the center. Depends on where you hunt though.

The super 12 is too big to use in my trashy area that i live in. I mainly hunt yards and parks. I dont use it at all. I use the D2 or the 4X6. If any wants a super 12 from a DFX 300 let me know!! :tongue3: Not for free thoguh!!! ;D

I am not a huge fan of the Super 12. It is too big for many of the wooded areas I search. It can be useful in plowed fields or other wide open places due to its large coverage area.

It has a hard time separating targets in trashy areas though.
