Whites DFX or Garret GTI 2500 ?

I am wishing to purchase either a Whites DFX or Garrett GTI 2500 detector. Anyone have an opinion on which is best. Money is not the option; I just want to get the better of the two. I am a general user. Look for relics a lot, but also like coin shooting. Anyone have an opinion?

Don't really think you can go wrong
with the DFX or 2500.

Have you had the chance to try out the machines?

both are great machines. just different. the garret has a short learning curve and is less complicated for those who would rather keep it reletively simple. the dfx is a bit more complicated with a longer learning curve but is also more flexible as far as fine tuning the machine. two different schools of thought,but two great machines. ....just a thought, if money is no problem take a look at the minelab explorer 2. also a great machine and arguably the deepest on the market.....just a thought.
