I am looking for the connector that the keypad ribbon cable inserts into. I have a new keypad but the pins on the connector are not making good contact. Does anyone know the name of that connector itself, maybe if it's "standard" I could order it somewhere?

I moved ya from HELP! over to BRANDS > WHITE's for more exposure.

NOTE: Forum HELP! contains guides tutorials on how to use the new TreasureNet.com software.

It's a standard connector but I don't know the part number, and I sold my Spectrum a while back. Contact Todd Marshall (https://centrevilleelectronicsnw.com) and tell him what you need. If he doesn't have it, he may be able to give you a part number. If not, come back here (or PM me) with a photo and some measurements and I'll try to find it.
