Will the Whites MXT find silver as well as the MinelabExplorer. If not Why.

I used to be a whites guy, ive only been using a Minelab E-trac since june and ive already found in 5 months what took me 3 years with a whites DFX. But i would say understanding what your metal detector is telling you is the key. Both the MXT and the Explorer are exceptional metal detectors. But it seems Minelabs have a way with silver.....Silver just sounds different on a Minelab.
