Why do they bother?

I sold some Morgan Silverdollars online. They auction off and go to the US except for one the guy bids on it to go to Russia! Really. I don't want to send it there. Either it will be $28 to ship it priority mail or he'll claim that it never showed up the guy has a feedback of 6! If you leaves me negative will they take it off at eBay?

I know this is totally not going help for this one but set your block bidders to "lives in country I don't ship to" to avoid in future. We ship everywhere. Not many problems to Russia - just have to manage customer expectations on time. China is the only country that consistently disappoints. Great customers, fast to pay, but items get list 1 in 10 times.

Why would they remove a negative feedback? If the buyer says he didn't receive it and you don't follow ebay's policies for international shipping, then you will lose the case...

I am also wondering why you listed an item with the same shipping cost to international locations as US locations?
