I wouldn't unless you make them pay for insurance and tracking. I sold a watch for around $100 to a guy in Brazil. He claimed he never received it so ebay gave him back his $ and I was out the money and the watch. I have a feeling it arrived but he was just dishonest.

Nope. I can have it tracked and signed for, but don't trust the signature process enough now, and the real killer is I only have $100 max insurance. I used to send items up to maybe $300 when the cost was reasonable, but Canada Post changed things and now I'd have to pay near $100 shipping to get that $100 insurance. It makes absolutely no sense. I know this doesn't apply to you directly, but does give you the questions you have to answer to whether it's a good idea or not.
