Something I've been avoiding for ages I got my first Cartwheel penny It's not pretty but it's a cartwheel and it still counts......right Iron Patch?

Unfortunately the Farthing is in even worse condition, but the date is still there

I think my favourite find though was a nice early livery button with a unicorn design and most of the silver still on it.

Did I mention the cartwheel?

After staring at that button long enough I started seeing a hand holding something. I think it is some sort of copy of this style...or you have the original and this is a copy. Similar either way

I think you're on to something. I have many later Livery's with hands (& gloved hands) holding many different types of objects (like flowers) & weapons
