A short dry sand hunt this morning. A couple of rings that sorta looked good but not. A folding Kershaw knife that is really clean and this small gold locket.

It's got two pictures inside one of a couple that looks like 1950's period and a young boy. it's stamped with a date...1947. It did test positive for 10k and 14k.

Makes me a little sad when I find things that are so personal.

Really wish I could return it.............

That is a intense find. Wow blew me away. I don't return high rings right way I like to look at them for awhile, but that would be one thing I would love to return. Put a ad in the lost and found section in local paper if free if I remember right.

I found out that the Eric I looked up divorced Georgia Jean soon after they married because she remarried in October of 1952. So if this was her locket, forever was not in the deal. It may just be a false lead, or she chucked it, although the photos would not have lasted in the ground.

Davy Jones......Holy Moly Dude!!!! I did go over and check on the 'other side'......40 grams of gold and 60 grams of silver in the first 10 days of August.

Very Impressive...Like I said "u r the man"

Let's hook up... I want to come down :)
