P.S. I'm going to start trying new hunting grounds and thinking about hunting some woods and old homesteads. i don't have much luck researching maps. Can't seem to find the right ones!

I grew up around these parks and went into the woods detecting. Not many people like detecting in the woods. These areas were different many years ago and now have a lot of growth.
Find a park with a woods and go to work. I have maps of old school sites and it can be tough to find and takes time.
