hi im new i just got a used xlt i cant get the vco adio to come on i herd it one day i charged the pack but i think i over chareged it and put it in machine then i never heard vco any more after that
You can't overcharge your battery pack and the charger only puts out about 2v over your battery's full charge voltage.
As for your V.C.O. You have to go under Pro Options Then Audio Then V.C.O. Turn it on! If you don't have a hanbook, order one from Whites.
Try this... Check to make sure your trigger isn't locked "forward", it should be in the center position.
If that doesn't work, try a hot reboot.
Install new batteries in the AA carrier and install in machine.
Turn XLT on and let it go through boot up.
While machine is on, remove battery pack.
Wait a couple of minutes.
Reinstall battery pack and turn unit on.
This will reset all factory settings.
If that doesn't work, time to call White's for service.
