Scored some nice spoons for a few bucks

Not sure how old the are or how much they are worth
Haven't really research them much yet

4 are marked Coin w p jones
The other is marked A F Towle and Son

Nice finds. I bet they have good weight to them. Both Newbury silversmiths. Did you know that Towle and Jones were partnered in 1857 until 1873? Pieces were marked Towle & Jones. So this dates your pieces to after that date. The A.F.Towle & Son mark was used from 1873-1880, after that they added "Co." to the end. The Jones mark was used from 1873-1905. So these date to the 1870's, coin silver was virtually replaced by sterling by then anyway.

Thanks! I'm going to keep em for my private collection.
BTW They weigh just under .5 ounce each
