Finally, a nice cool day with no smoke and a blue sky called for a trip to Tilly's Hill. The ground is tough digging baked by the sun but knowing a treasure is waiting keeps you going. after fours hours we called it a day and back filled and raked. Artifact Jacks finds on white cooler lid and mine with a clean up on green . Jack found some nice artifacts well worth the hard work. My day was slow but when I reached the hardpan I started finding artifacts a nice black Gunther and a Crystal Sutter variant Gunther a nice Pestle a bone bead? and a few other arrow points and Darts. The bone bead after cleaing is a broken clay pipe stem.

Nice points especially those Crystal ones.... It must be a good spot to dig a four foot hole... How did you decide where to start digging
