Thought it may be motivating to see posts of each others best or favorite find.
Mine was a Diamour wedding band in 14 k white gold weighing just over 1/2 ounce with 2 princess cut diamonds.
Its been four days now that I cant post pics but...prob my favorite ring find would be my avatar, a vintage, custom made 916=22k gold, 5ct emerald ring
Its so hard to choose one I will have to pick two both are firsts.
The first silver coin I ever found and the first Spanish cob I ever found...found two that day...
That's the crust I popped off..
1837 capped bust half dollar and 1715 fleet Lima mint cob...followed by a Mexico mint cob
Awesome finds everyone. Gator boy your Spanish cob finds are mind blowing! The historical value is what I'd be most excited about, just holding one in the hand knowing it's from so long ago. The mind must wonder off to try to envision that time period. Just the thought of the likely hood of it not being held in anyone else's hand but yours since it was handled last in that time period. So awesome!
Ive got a couple that I keep a tight hold on...the band is my best gold ring to date, 11g of 18K. The engagement ring had 30+ diamonds and was my first diamond ring. The rope weave ring is a Sparks 18 K ring, it has over 90 diamond chips in it, its not much to look at until you see it in the sun.....its amazing.
Whites DFPI, 2 @ Excalibur II, 2 @ Sovereign GT w/ 10" & 8" Tornado coils, 2@ 10x12 SEF coils all on their own rods, Whites MXT Pro , 2@ Garrett Pro Pointers
I would say either my Gold 1915 Austrian Ducat coin or my Old Okinawan ring. The ring was 18 Grams of pure 24K. I wish I would of gotten better photo's of it before I sold it. My best payday was a 32 gram 14K Bracelet!
The 24K Ring is the one on the right. Although "RingZilla" is up there too. 20 Gram 18K with ice!
