This is a great book full of murder and mayhem,prohibition and bootlegging, bank robbery, and other great adventures in the pre population boom era of Miami and counties north. Based on John Ashley and his brother Bob which terrorized S. Florida back in the 20's and the sherriff who was determined to catch him. The story of the brothers does exist in fact (as well as their supposed hidden cache in the glades) but the book is fiction. Great book.
