Hey everybody! This bottle starts to get smaller from the middle Down, has air bubbles in the bottles, has air bubbles in the base, and the glass has a ripple look. Can anybody tell me how old this bottle is and what it contained? Also what type of bottle is this (hand blown, blob, etc). I'm pretty new to bottles and any help is greatly appreciated! If I need to take any different picture of certain parts or with measurements let me know!

Looks like a three piece mold ale bottle. Is this bottle amber or black?

Hey AK,

Justin has got it; British ale. Is that a "K & Co." mark on the base?

Thank you. I believe it is amber. It appears black due to the soil and just the darkness of the amber color.

It's very hard to tell. It kind of does resemble it but looks looks worn. Do you have a pic if one that I could compare?

It may just be bubbles haha. I'll get a close up pic later

I think it's mid to late 19th century. Not terribly valuable but a cool find.

Hey AK,

It looks to have a tooled lip, yes? I'd put it somewhere 1880-1915. Our British cousins used this form for a long period.

Yep that's what it looks like. Thanks for your help!
