Two 14ks, Start of the 2015 Winter & Spring Season

Meet up with some friends to hunt the day after a Big Event here in the Chesapeake Bay, Band Joe, Scott in Maryland. All had a great 3 plus hours in the water. I am amazed how well Scott and Joe stay warm in 36 degrees waters with wet suits...Also Ran in to a few other hunters, Yooper and a unknown....Scott scored a real nice ring with Diamonds I believe.. Mine were stone less. Have not been out in 5 weeks, and almost did not go out this morning when I first walked out to start the truck, it was 34 degrees at 7am, but glad I did go now...

Scott determined the larger band I found must have been a FOREVER love that did not Last Forever...
And Boy do I hate digging in Oyster shells!! Be Safe All..Joe

First time out in a month due to the iced conditions, Chilly 3 hours in the water 2 gold...

Got out with my Buddy MikeG, Had a real good time. Had to test DocBevs Machine, Bam she scored me a 10k ring. Interesting day, Mike dug a big coin spill, I pushed around large chunks of ice trying to hit the rocky area, and I tried out Yoopers suggestion of using one as a sifter platform...Took a spill after stepping into one of my own holes, and flopping around like a fish. 3 plus hours, cramps in both my legs..But both of us got Gold...

MikeGuard and I Hit the beach today for 4 hours, And the place is changing quick. As fast as I could dig a hole it was filling in! And other then a few Hot Spots the hunting was ruff. My next trip there I will putting on the 1o inch coil to help, I was even thinking the PI...Targets are faint and deep with the little 8oo coil, and it was a work out digging... But she did manage to find some treasure...

Thank goodness you do a lot of water detecting with you right down the road I don't think I would ever find anything around Annapolis / severna park with the numbers you find i am jealous I hope I can put those numbers up that's awesome man happy hunting and happy Easter!
