Dang Pete! You have some nice workmanship there. I can see a christmas tree covered with those. Nice job and keep showing your work.
 

Those are really nice ! Great idea, and very artistic. If you don't want to give away your process, I understand, but after you cut them out of the sheet material, do you "pound or punch" them to get the awesome texture they have when you are finished, and if so are they textured on just one side, or do you have a way to do both sides? I love the Kirk corner Notch!

Thought about you Monsterrack on this one. This one couldn't hold up to the beating.As the old bronze tubeing started giving way at the edges so I had to make my own rivets to hold the blade together.
