Hey all

went to a small local lake today for a short 1 hr hunt - got in the water at 7pm and park ranger kicked me out at 8pm (beach closed she said) but park open til 9?

Wanted that extra hr to hunt but oh well - happy with what I found anyway :-)

Italy made .925 silver mans necklace and a gold/diamond wedding wrap (barrett too)...

The only other target I found was a rusty bent bottle top (got fooled!) --- no coins whatsoever...

Wow - really nice finds for such a short period of time lonewolfe. Thanks for sharing...

No coins interesting! I would hit it again soon, might be someone else is using too much disc! Congrats!

Congrats on the Gold ring and Silver necklace finds Lonewolfe :headbang: How do they ring up in the water compared to the ground?? Love to get me a water detector - especially for the hot days

My thoughts exactly Mike

I know for 100% sure at least one other guy hunts the place as I seen him with my own eyes while out there with the wife one day at the beach.

Not really any difference in how they sound or show on the VID meter being in the water VS in the ground Brent

they both rang out in a mid tone with mid range #s (upper 50s to mid 60s)

I know that doesn't mean much to someone using a ML but it would be like a 9/15 or 8/16 # on a etrac or similar and the med/low tone using 4tf

Great finds, and you found a use for those hair clips!

nice looking lake jewelry! Glad you pulled a couple of nice keepers in that short hunt!

Looks good! WTG
